History of chemical engineering in Australia

IChemE’s Australian office is collecting information of an historical nature, on the development and growth of chemical and process engineering in Australia. The purpose is to tell Australia’s story on how the profession evolved.

IChemE invites members to share their knowledge of historical value that could involve, plant, process, person, university or organisation. It might involve a new technology at the time of setting up of a new facility or academic course.

The aim is to collect and share these vignettes with members. See guidelines.
