Sinemobong is a research engineer at Fonterra Research and Development Centre. She is currently based in Palmerston North, New Zealand. Sinemobong has a BEng (Hons) in food engineering from the University of Uyo, MSc in process systems engineering from Cranfield University and a PhD from the University of Auckland.
