CIBSE welcomes IChemE to its headquarters in central London, bringing engineering communities closer together

CIBSE and the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) are pleased to announce an exciting new collaboration as IChemE relocates its London base to CIBSE's headquarters at Saffron Hill, close to the City of London.

While CIBSE and IChemE represent distinct engineering disciplines, bringing two leading professional engineering institutions together under one roof creates valuable opportunities to strengthen collaboration, share knowledge and foster innovation across the wider profession.

United by a shared commitment to advancing professional excellence and helping to create a more sustainable and resilient future, both organisations look forward to exchanging ideas, building stronger connections between their communities and exploring ways to address the challenges and opportunities shaping the engineering landscape. 
Working alongside one another will enable CIBSE and IChemE to expand opportunities for members, partners and those not yet engaged with professional engineering institutions.

The collaboration will support greater knowledge exchange, help inspire and develop the next generation of engineers, and raise awareness of the vital contribution engineers from all disciplines make to society and the creation of a better future for all.
