Biography

Jonathan is currently working as a graduate process engineer with INEOS on their Electro-Chemical Solutions (IES) team. In his role, Jonathan has spearheaded initiatives resulting in notable cost savings and efficiency improvements. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, where he contributed to several high-impact projects. 

A graduate of the University of Nottingham in 2020, Jonathan has cultivated a diverse network of fellow chemical engineering alumni. Drawing from my academic background and industry experiences spanning over four years, he has gained valuable insights into the challenges facing the younger generation entering and currently in the workforce.
