Biography

Ir. Saiful Anuar Mohd Mokhtar is the Head (Process Design) and Custodian Engineer at PETRONAS. He is also the PETRONAS Group Technical Authority (GTA) in Process Design. He possesses over 20 years working experience in the refinery, gas, LNG and petrochemical industry as Head of Process for various PETRONAS capital projects. A Chartered Chemical Engineer with IChemE and a Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) Professional Engineer (PEng), his experience covers the full cycle of chemical engineering from business case development to EPCC. He is currently working on sustainability and circular economy projects, which include CCUS and waste upcycling of various products.
