Bill Harper

Originally from Ipswitch UK, Bill studied chemical engineering at Nottingham University. Bill sought employment at Sellafield in Cumbria, he had a great career as a chemical engineer tackling challenges on a range of highly unusual plants at all stages of their lifecycles.

Bill spent the later of his career working in human resources focussed upon strategic workforce planning, looking after the skills and recruitment strategies for the organisation.

Now retired, Bill’s key focus is applying chemical engineering expertise in the careers and skills pipeline arena.
