Siti Hajar binti Khalit

Siti Hajar binti Khalit is a PhD holder from Imperial College London with over eighteen years of combined experience in industry and research. She spent nine years in process technical and design engineering in the oil and gas sector and nine years at a research facility in Malaysia. She has experience across all stages of project delivery and has provided technical governance support within her company.

Dr Hajar is a Chartered Chemical Engineer, and at the research facility her work focuses on fundamental research, operations, simulation, scale up, and techno-economic analysis of novel carbon capture and utilisation (CCU) technologies, supporting her company’s sustainability and decarbonisation agenda.
