Annual General Meeting 2026

Tuesday 9 June 2026, 08:00 BST.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a virtual meeting on Tuesday 9 June 2026, commencing at 08:00 BST. All documentation relating to the AGM is available below.

While all members may attend the meeting, only Voting Members (Fellows, Chartered Members and Associate Members) are entitled to vote.
Pre-registration is essential to validate AGM attendees for voting purposes. Therefore, please follow the instructions below to register:

  1. Complete the online registration form

The registration site will close at 17:00 BST on Tuesday 2 June 2026.

After 2 June 2026, IChemE’s independent electoral service provider, Mi-Voice, will distribute a ‘Zoom’ invitation to all attendees containing a unique link for joining the meeting. A further email will be sent to those voting members who have registered, providing a unique voting code to be used during the meeting to approve the minutes of the previous meeting and the re-appointment of the Institution’s external auditors for 2026.

Towards the end of the AGM, members will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to the Trustees Report and Financial Statements or the annual report from Congress via the ‘Q&A’ function during the online meeting.
