On joining Xodus, graduates are assigned a dedicated mentor and have regular performance management reviews with their line manager. As a degree qualified Chemical Engineer you could find yourself working on projects or endeavours that touch many of our different teams and technical service offerings, from our Process & Facilities, Production Assurance or Technical Safety divisions, to the Emissions and Climate, Decarbonisation, Advisory or new Energy Developments groups.
Following our IChemE accredited training scheme, you will embark on a combination of project experience, internal courses/coaching and external courses, allowing you to progress rapidly to Chartered Engineer status within the recommended 4-6 years.
