DiscoverChemEngLIVE is coming toTechniquest this October half-term with an action-packed day celebrating the exciting world of chemical engineering.

From the food we eat and the medicines we rely on, to clean water, renewable energy and sustainable materials, chemical engineering is everywhere. DiscoverChemEngLIVE gives visitors the chance to explore how chemical and process engineers help solve some of the world's biggest challenges and engineer a more sustainable future.

Packed with hands-on activities, interactive exhibits and inspiring conversations, the event will bring together engineers from across the chemical engineering sector to showcase the many ways chemical engineering impacts our everyday lives.

Whether you're a curious young scientist, a parent looking for a fun and educational day out, or simply interested in how engineering shapes our world, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
