Mauro Luberti
Mauro is a Lecturer in Chemical Engineering at the University of Manchester following his past roles of Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh and Senior Consultant Engineer for Process Systems Enterprise - Siemens. His research focuses on adsorption thermodynamics and gas separation processes including hydrogen purification, air separation, carbon capture, biogas upgrade and oxygen recovery from ozonizers. He also has extensive experience in low temperature and flare capacity studies in upstream processes and optimization of ethylene plants. During his industrial experience, he has delivered projects in the Oil & Gas sector for ConocoPhillips, British Petroleum and INPEX and in the Energy & Chemicals sector for SABIC, ExxonMobil and Praxair. Mauro is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (IChemE), ICP Reviewer and Mentor (IChemE), and a European Engineer (Engineers Europe).
