Webinar: Scaling Flow Chemistry from Grams to Tons

- Date From 18th June 2025
- Date To 18th June 2025
- Price Free of charge.
- Location Online: 13:00 BST. Duration 1 hour.
Overview
Flow chemistry introduces exceptional heat and mass transfer which may 1,000-fold intensify chemical manufacturing.
We discuss the outcomes from a recently completed Industrial Energy Efficiency Accelerator project where we have developed and piloted multi-ton chemical manufacturing for two processes, and the challenges, outcomes, and wider benefits of flow chemistry for these processes. We also cover which chemistries could gain the most from the flow (and the ones that are better stay in batch).
Speaker
Dr Nikolay Cherkasov, Managing Director, Stoli Chem
Nikolay received his PhD from Moscow University (Russia). Afterwards, he was a postdoc at Hull and Warwick universities authoring 50+ publications. In 2016, he co-founded Stoli Chem – a technology company that reduces chemical production costs and energy consumption.
