Ignacio is an R&DI process manager at The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC), formerly Unilever’s ice cream business group. In this role, he supports the transfer of process technologies developed in their pilot plant to factories around the world. He also works on the development of innovative and more efficient processes for producing ice cream in both traditional and new formats, with a particular focus on reducing waste.

Before joining Unilever, Ignacio worked as a consultant and project Engineer at BHR Group, now part of Framatome, where he specialised in mixing technologies. He also worked at Procter & Gamble as a graduate engineer. Ignacio holds a Master of engineering degree in chemical engineering from the University of Salamanca in Spain.

Ignacio has been a member of the Milton Keynes Member Group since 2012. Over the years, he has held several roles within the group, including communications secretary and school liaison officer.
