Ademola is Associate Professor in Chemical Engineering and Director of the MSc Sustainable Chemical Process Engineering programme at UCL. He currently serves as Secretary of the IChemE National Early Careers Group UK & Ireland.

He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh in 2017. Before joining UCL, he worked as Project Engineer at Stork Technical Services in Aberdeen, as Manufacturing and Materials Engineer at Morgan Advanced Materials Plc in the West Midlands and also lectured at Coventry University Group.

Ademola is committed to shaping innovative future chemical engineers through a blend of academic rigour, industry experience and personal mentorship. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, reading historical fiction and exploring diverse cuisines.
