Pradeep Raghunath
Pradeep is a Chemical Engineer with experience across offshore oil & gas operations and a growing focus on the energy transition. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) with a Minor in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore (NUS), during which he completed a semester exchange at Aalto University in Helsinki and internships at ExxonMobil, Buckman Laboratories, and BW Offshore.
He began his career with BW Offshore through its Graduate Engineer Programme, gaining hands-on exposure to offshore production and maritime operations. Following the programme, he worked as a Process Engineer and later as a Facility Engineer, supporting several FPSO installations. Pradeep currently works at Altera Infrastructure, where he is involved in the redeployment of the Knarr FPSO for the Rosebank field development in the UK North Sea.
Alongside his professional role, Pradeep is pursuing a part-time MSc in Marine Renewable Energy at Heriot-Watt University, driven by his interest in integrating offshore oil and gas infrastructure within the wider renewable energy landscape and energy transition.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, following and playing football, hiking, and travelling to experience different cultures.
