Daniel is a based within R&D as a packaging developer at Mondelez International, focussing on the Cadbury portfolio. Daniel has additional experience in product development, having worked on a number of projects, engaging in both pilot scale and production environments, launching products including Cadbury Caramilk. 

He completed his MEng chemical engineering degree at Aston University. As part of his degree he completed an industrial placement at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, a global coffee and tea company, within the R&D department in Banbury focusing on coffee ingredient research.
