Aravind works predominantly in the manufacturing industry delivering a variety of operational excellence and capital work projects. He's always open for a discussion about anything related to these fields to learn more and is equally happy to help out. His dream is to obtain enough skills and meet enough mentors to help manufacturing SMEs develop lean robust processes.

Aravind loves to find ways to translate operational and process excellence into his personal life. For example, he's 5Sed his child's diaper changing station, created a SOP to make her ready for the day in the morning and has attempted a leader standard work program for his daughter as well! He's often tried to optimise his traffic routes going into work in the morning using some of the principles of six sigma and process engineering.
