Billy completed his BEng (Hons) chemical engineering from University of Wales, UK, in 1987.

Since then Billy has been in chemical and gas industries providing technical leadership for the innovation, design and safety of gas manufacturing processes and gas cylinders. Billy has been involved in technical committee ME02 and ME93 developing Australia Standards for gas cylinders and hydrogen.

Billy’s keen interest is to promote chemical engineering in our society.
