Join us for an exclusive site tour of New Zealand’s first fast hydrogen refueller at Wiri, Auckland. This visit offers a unique opportunity to explore how hydrogen technology is being integrated into New Zealand’s energy landscape. Attendees will gain insights into the design, operation, and maintenance of a state-of-the-art hydrogen refuelling station, as well as the role hydrogen plays in driving the energy transition. You will be trained to fill hydrogen vehicles and even have the chance to fill a hydrogen vehicle on your own.

This ground breaking project features a fast hydrogen refueller built by Halcyon and operated by Coregas, with crucial support from Beca, MBCentury, Toyota, Hyundai, and HWR. It represents a significant step forward in hydrogen technology in New Zealand, showcasing advanced refuelling capabilities and a commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

After the tour, stay for light refreshments, and network with IChemE members. This is an excellent chance to connect, share ideas, and discuss the future of sustainable energy solutions.
