Suchismita has a BChem Eng degree from ICT, Mumbai and a PhD from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Over the last 22 years, she has worked in engineering and project management roles in the field of air pollution control, cement, pharmaceutical and surfactant production, plastic recyling and waste to energy.

Suchismita is currently working as a principal process engineer at Atkins Ltd on Net Zero and UKAEA projects. She has a penchant for teaching and conducts courses and workshops for improving engineering competence.
