Andrea is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with over two decades of experience leading and delivering complex offshore, onshore and brownfield energy projects. Her professional practice is characterised by strong technical rigour, sound engineering judgment, and thoughtful leadership in demanding environments. She has worked across the full project lifecycle and focuses on enabling teams to deliver safe, robust, and high‑quality engineering outcomes. Andrea is also a strong advocate for professional excellence and continuous development, with a particular passion for supporting and mentoring younger engineers.
