Overview
This event allows the committee to engage its existing membership and wider stakeholders, by showcasing its past and ongoing work. It provides a platform for networking and is a means of giving back to the membership, setting the tone for the year ahead. Additionally, the 2024 Mentorship Programme will be launched at this year's Kick Off Event.

Speaker
Kerry Rampersad, Land Business Unit Leader, Heritage Petroleum Company Limited
Kerry is an accomplished Executive Leader with a wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry. He currently serves as the Land Business Unit Leader at Heritage Petroleum Company and has previously held several key positions including Business Development, Green Agenda, Midstream and HSSE Leader roles at Heritage.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, an International MBA, a Diploma in Leadership, and a Diploma in Law and is a published SPE author. He has also published a Book on Home Construction and is a Member of Board of Eng. of TT
Kerry's expertise includes Engineering & Design, Project Management, Contract Management, Operations and Maintenance, as well as leading diverse teams across the upstream, midstream, engineering and downstream sectors.
Kerry has a passion for leadership and adding value to others in a strategic and transformational manner. He is married and has a daughter.
