Speaker
Eugene Tiah, President and CEO, Caribbean Energy Chamber
Eugene is a senior business executive with in-depth knowledge and over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas business within the United States of America and the Caribbean region. During his tenure, he has held executive roles as CEO and Executive Chairman and is presently is the CEO/Director of the Caribbean Energy Chamber. He also provides consultancy services to both the public and private sectors.
Additionally, he served in non-executive roles as President of the American Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago, Chairman of the Board of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago, Chairman of Point Lisas Energy Association of CEOs, and Director on the Boards of: Tringen Limited, Arthur Lok Jack Business School, Yara Trinidad Ltd, STOW, Habitat for Humanity Trinidad and Tobago and the Engineering Institute of Trinidad and Tobago.
Eugene holds a BSc degree in mechanical engineering, a MSc degree in production engineering and management, MBA in finance and is a graduate of the Conoco University of Executive Leadership Development.
