Speaker 

Kelda Bratley

Kelda is one of the founders of the USA and Canada member group and is a Fellow of the IChemE with 28 years experience. She started her career as an engineering consultant in the UK (with Atkins, now Kent) and moved to Houston, TX in 2004 to start a process engineering service line. After building a successful team, she pivoted back towards a technical career and joined bp in 2011. After several years as a subject matter expert and technical advisor, she now works in hydrogen technology management. Throughout her career, she has always made strong connections that have served her well from a career management perspective and now has a passion for mentoring others.
