Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Nufarm’s Laverton manufacturing facility, a Major Hazard Facility that plays a critical role in producing herbicide ingredients used globally. Each year, this site produces over 14,000 tonnes of 2,4-D flaked acid – a key component in Nufarm’s proprietary herbicide formulations that help farmers protect crops and ensure global food security.

PPE Requirements
- Long pants
- Long sleeve shirt
- Steel capped safety boots (closed shoes not permitted)
- Safety glasses, safety helmet (hard hat), hi-vis vest
Sign-in is required upon arrival, and visitors must be escorted at all times. While some limited site-provided PPE may be available, availability cannot be guaranteed, and organisers reserve the right to turn away attendees who do not have the necessary PPE.
