After completing his chemical engineering degree, Sumit worked in areas of Research and Technology in the field of Agrochemicals and Speciality chemicals. This experience in multinational companies like Ciba and Perstorp has given him a good understanding of process engineering in batch processes.

A shift in his career to companies like Honeywell and Ingenero has further helped him to develop his skills in the fields of process simulation, automation, and advanced areas like digital transformation related to oil & gas, refinery and chemical industries. As an add on he has completed the Advanced Leadership Development Programme from IIM Lucknow. Sumit believes in continuous learning and the willingness to contribute to the betterment of systems across the world through Chemical Engineering.
