A Chartered Chemical Engineer, Saleem joined Worley in 2008. During his tenure, he has championed growth across a myriad of roles spanning engineering design, project management, sales, corporate strategy, and transformation leadership. He has worked on the design and delivery of process facilities across precious and base metals, gas processing, LNG and water sectors. Prior to his current role, Saleem led Worley’s Copper Strategic Priority as part of the Transformation Program, focused on developing innovative new solutions for our customers to meet the growing demand for minerals and metals driven by the Energy Transition. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, majoring in Chemical from the University of Queensland
