Minerva Martinez
Minerva is a chemical engineer with an MSc in chemical engineering (process integration) from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico, and a PhD from the University of Manchester, UK.
She worked as a senior consultant at AspenTech, where she co-chaired the Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF), becoming the first non-US global leader. As a professor at Tecnologico de Monterrey, she bridged industry and academia. A reviewer for Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Research (I&ECR) journal. She also broke barriers as the first Latin American on the IChemE’s R&ICoP committee (UK).
