Paul is Chief Executive Officer at Systems adi Group, a multidisciplinary engineering design and construction based in Birmingham UK. At adi Group, Paul leads almost twenty specialised engineering divisions covering sectors ranging from Life Sciences through Energy, Oil and Gas, Aerospace and Defence, Food and Beverage Services and Automotive and Lean Manufacture to name but a few.

Prior to joining adi Group, Paul led pharmaceutical specialists PM Group as Managing Director UK and worked as the Director of Operations for BakerHicks. In addition to roles with Wood PLC (as Director Operations EMEA for Pharma & Circular Economy) and Pharmaplan (MD UK&I), Paul spent over 15 years with Jacobs (Engineering, now Solutions) ultimately working as VP Operations responsible for P&L across 4 UK Main offices with a combined headcount of circa 5,000 and a Turnover of circa $350m p.a. of Professional Services.

An alumnus of The University of Sheffield (Chemical Engineering) and Henley Management College (MBA), Paul is a Fellow of both the IChemE and the IOD.
