Overview

Learn about NRX AssetHub to provide maintenance and reliability professionals at asset-intensive businesses with a system for analysing, visualising, building, editing, organising, approving, and sustaining high-quality asset and maintenance data in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerised Maintenance Management (CMMS) systems. Then users can find and visualise assets, equipment, and parts faster.

NRX Digital Twin (part of the NRX AssetHub platform) is a visual asset, illustrated parts catalogue, and parts management solution that helps maintenance, reliability, and supply chain professionals visually identify and select the spare parts and vendor documentation they need to efficiently plan and execute maintenance work faster.

Consequently, when a work order is generated, users are assured their equipment resides where it is expected to be, and the necessary parts to correct the issue are available.

William Graham, Senior Engineering Consultant, HubHead Corporation

William brings over 15 years of experience in maintenance engineering and asset management across the oil and gas, refining, renewables, and transportation sectors. He has deep expertise in digital asset management and has worked extensively with leading EAM/CMMS platforms such as SAP, IBM Maximo, and Oracle.

William is also well-versed in industry standards like ISO 14224 and ISO 55000, ensuring that the asset information and maintenance programs he oversees adhere to global best practices. As a hands-on practitioner, William has successfully implemented and optimised maintenance data systems in various industrial environments. He has earned a reputation as a practical expert in building and sustaining high-quality maintenance and reliability data structures, from accurate equipment hierarchies to comprehensive maintenance plans, that improve data quality and asset performance.

In his current role at HubHead Corp (the company behind the NRX AssetHub platform), he focuses on initiatives that improve asset visibility, data quality, spare parts identification, and maintenance planning efficiency. William’s blend of technical knowledge and field experience makes him a credible authority on achieving data-driven maintenance excellence.
