Webinar: Using Physics-informed AI to Accelerate Autonomous Industrial Operations
  • Date From 18th October 2024
  • Date To 18th October 2024
  • Price Free of charge.
  • Location Online: 15:00 BST. Duration 1 hour.

Overview

AI trained solely on data demands high costs, extended timelines, and many resources, potentially delaying return on investment (ROI) for years. Physics-based simulations can be predictive but are computationally intense and require deep domain expertise, limiting their use for real-time operational decisions. Learn how Geminus uses physics-informed AI, combining simulation with deep learning for real-time decisions, achieving ROI in weeks.

This event is open to non-members.

Speaker

Gabe Jacobsohn, Senior Engineer, Geminus AI

Gabe is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in computational physics. Holding an MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Gabe has conducted extensive research on applying multiphase computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to fuel sprays for propulsion system design.

Prior to joining Geminus, Gabe served as a research engineer at Convergent Science Inc., where he specialised in reactive CFD for high-fidelity analysis of gas turbine combustors. His expertise is further highlighted by his contributions as an inventor on a patent and the author of six research papers
