Ramin Abhari

Ramin is a principal process engineer with Renewable Energy Group. He has over 28 years of experience in the chemical process industry, with expertise in hydrogenation and polymerization technologies. 

Ramin has (co)authored several peer-reviewed technical papers about bio-based chemical processes, renewable energy, and fuels, as well as graphic novels/short stories on the theme of industrial safety. He has a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the City College of New York, and Bachelors in Chemistry from the College of Wooster. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Oklahoma, and a member of AIChE, ACS, and ASTM International.
