Jack Loftus Medal
Recognising excellence in project and contract management
The Jack Loftus Medal was created by IChemE’s Project Management Subject Group and recognises outstanding contribution in the field of project management.
It is now being brought back to celebrate individuals who have excelled in project management relating to construction management in the process industries, and who have significant experience of managing contracts - either as a client, contractor, or consultant.
The widening of the scope recognises that all design and construction projects are controlled by contracts, and highlights the importance of acquiring: an in-depth experience of successfully using contracts, and knowledge of the appropriate contracts for the process industries.
The medal seeks to celebrate individuals who have excelled at project management, including contract management, in the process industries.
