Kim Pullon
Head of Training, Safety Solutions
Kim is an IChemE and Engineers Australia Fellow, Chartered Chemical Engineer, Professional Process Safety Engineer and is registered with the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland. She is a TÜV-certified Functional Safety Engineer and a certified WomanSpeak speaker.

Suzanne Hay
Principal Process Engineer, Beca
Suzanne is a chartered chemical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the engineering consulting industry. She works as a Principal Process Engineer at Beca in Auckland and is the incoming Chair of the New Zealand Board of IChemE this year.

Jan Hayes
Professor of Organizational Accident Prevention at RMIT University
Jan Hayes is a Professor of Organizational Accident Prevention at RMIT University. She is a sociologist with 35 years’ experience in safety and risk management. She is a Program Leader for the social science safety research activities of the Future Fuels Cooperative Research Centre and a Board Safety Assurance Advisor for Airservices Australia. Her research interests all connect to preventing major disasters and include professionalism, experiential learning, expertise, decision making and use of standards. Jan will be presenting at the Chemeca 2025 and Hazards Australasia Conference Dinner on Monday 29 September.
