Neeta Murthy, Founder and CEO, Rekindle
Neeta is the founder of Rekindle, a professional development platform designed specifically for women employees. Neeta started her career as a field engineer in SLB, working on oil rigs offshore in Egypt, Canada and India. She later went on to take multiple management positions within SLB, including Wireline Operations Manager for Continental Europe, and RCG group VP for South-East Asia.
In 2019, Neeta left the company to start Rekindle to help women navigate the challenges they face at work, and at home, and build the skills to thrive at the workplace. Neeta also has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
