Our contracts courses will help you to understand the role and purpose of contracts within engineering and how to select the right contracts for your projects.
IChemE Forms of Contract
This course examines both the UK and international suites of contracts: their approach to risk and payment, their structure, how they govern work from initial requirements through design to fully commissioned and operational plant, and party liabilities.
This is an interactive course with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and includes syndicate work to increase familiarity with the subject matter.
As part of the course fee, delegates will be given six-months' online access (PDF) to the contract of their choice.
